If the client wishes to make an exchange he should communicate that intention up to 15 days upon receiving the order. For that exchange to happen it is necessary that the following conditions verify:
The product can not show any signs or traces of use;
The product has to possess all labels and tags and also have the original packaging properly intact and in original condition;
The product will only be exchanged accompanied by the receipt (that ships along with the product).
In case any of these conditions is not verified, the company will not make the exchange and the product will be returned to the client. The shipping costs in case of an exchange will be fully paid by the client. The return of the shipping fees to the client will only take place in the following situations:
When the item exhibits any defect or fault not due to client’s action or use;
When the item is different from the one acquired by the client;
When the item is of a different size than the one ordered;
In case any of these situations occur La La Land Store® will point out the best way to return the product and exchange it for the correct item. If the respective product isn’t in stock we will exchange it for a different item of the same value or return the item’s value and respective shipping costs.
