How to Measure:

CHEST– With help measure under the arms the largest part of your chest.

INSEAM - Get your favorite pair of jeans and put them in a table. Measure the inseam between the legs to the feet.

WAIST -Measure the place were you use the belt, with some slack.

HOOK - The measure from between the legs to the top of the waist.

HIP - With the feet together measure the largest part of the top of the legs.
