Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
All orders placed at La La Land Store are processed on the same day if it is placed by 12:00 and delivered to your address the next day except for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, Holiday and Holiday Eve . Our logistical partners are CTT Expresso, who may have to contact you by phone to proceed with the delivery, so please provide a contact that is available.
If the product you have purchased is not available due to out of stock, the customer will be contacted by email or phone in order to exchange the product or return the order to the customer.
Exchanges and Returns
Exceptionally and as a way to facilitate the purchase of Christmas gifts, reducing the accumulation of customers in stores, we will accept exchanges of products purchased until 12/25/2020 until 01/31/2021.
The Customer is entitled to exchange and return purchases made at LaLaLandStore.com, for a period of 14 days, counting from the day of purchase. To do so, you should contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form stating your intention.
La La Land Store reserves the right to accept only exchanges and returns subject to the following conditions:
- The product must not contain marks or signs of having been used;
- The product must have all labels, as well as the original packaging intact;
- It will have to be accompanied by the receipt of the purchase that follows with the order.).
If any of the conditions described above are met, La La Land Store reserves the right not to exchange or return the product and it will be sent back to the customer.
The costs inherent to sending the exchange and / or returning the product will always be borne by the customer, except in the following situations:
- When the product has a defect that is not caused by the Customer;
- When the product is different from the one purchased by the Customer;
- When the item is a different size than the one ordered.
